Free Shipping, Flat Rate or quoted pricing?

This shipping program only applies to addresses within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Associated States, Puerto Rico, US Military Addresses and the Canadian Territories Northern Territories, Yukon and Nunavut).  It also excludes all International addresses outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada however we will fight tooth and nail for our international customers and those in outlying areas to get you the best available rates!

The Program:

Ekinon will ship any qualifying order in the Continental U.S. and Canada for FREE with a minimum purchase value of $60 before taxes, discounts and shipping.

Anything under $59.99 before taxes, discounts and shipping will be charged a FLAT RATE as follows; $5.95 for orders within the Continental U.S. and $6.95 for orders within Canada.

For all other areas outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada, as well as special requirements within those areas above and beyond Standard Shipping services we will provide you with an exact shipping quote. 

Processing & Shipping Times

We are committed to picking and packaging your products within a 48 hour period for orders placed between Monday and Friday.  Orders are not processed during the weekend or Statutory Holidays so please expect added processing times within these days. You will be notified via email after you place your order as well you will receive a detailed email with shipping information once we've completed packaging your order.

Shipping times are dependant on many factors however we use Priority Mail 2-
Day service or USPS Retail Ground in the Continental U.S.  Due to USPS shipping restrictions for prohibited items such as Colognes containing alcohol certain shipments will need to be shipped ground.  Added lead times should be expected.

For Canadian Shipments, depending on your location you should expect up to an 8 day service through Canada Posts Regular Parcel service.  Of course the closer you are to Vancouver the quicker the service will be.

Receiving Guidelines 

Please familiarize yourself with our return policy as the two are very important in allowing for a smooth experience as well as to allow for ease of returns in case of errors or damage. 
1.  Your are responsible for the shipment receipt once the package arrives at the address you've provided regardless of who signs or accepts your package.  In other words you must be present to receive and inspect your package as well as sign if a signature is required. 
2. Before signing/receiving the package please ensure you have the correct number of packages as well as inspect the packages for any damage.  If there is any visible damage please be as descriptive as possible on the couriers waybill, manifest, BOL etc.  If you sign the bill without noting the damage you will be accepting the shipment "as is" which makes claims against the courier almost impossible.  If damage is noted please visit our RETURNS page for more information. 
3.  Unpack all contents to ensure quality and accuracy within 48 hours.  We do our best to ensure our systems and procedures mitigate chances of damages or errors but if there are any issues please refer to our RETURNS page for further information.
